with no hidden extras. We won’t charge you if you decide not to sell and you may
terminate your agreement with us on 7 days notice without penalty.

If you are not yet convinced then consider this; we will send members of our
staff to personally view your property and prepare the sales details, this way they
know exactly what they are selling. This personal touch has proven time and again
the difference between convincing somebody to view your property and them deciding not to.
We are voluntary members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The Ombudsman
for Estate Agents Scheme (which is recommended by the Office of Fair Trading). We adhere
to their strict codes of conduct. All our senior members of staff have passed examinations
to qualify as Associate Members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
